The Vero36 V3 IPL Hair Removal Device uses Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) technology intended for cosmetic hair reduction only. By purchasing and using this product, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

a. Not a Medical Device

Vero36 is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. It is designed strictly for cosmetic use.

b. User Responsibility & Proper Use

You agree to:

  • Carefully read and follow all instructions, warnings, and safety guidelines provided with the product
  • Perform a patch test before full use
  • Use the device only on suitable skin tones and hair types as described

Failure to follow instructions may result in skin irritation, burns, pigmentation changes, or other adverse effects.

c. Skin & Hair Suitability Disclaimer

IPL technology is not effective or safe for all users.

You agree that:

  • Results vary based on individual skin tone, hair color, and consistency of use
  • The device is not suitable for very dark skin tones or for white, grey, red, or very light blonde hair
  • Use on unsuitable skin or hair types is done entirely at your own risk

d. Contraindications (Do NOT Use If)

You must not use the device if you:

  • Have a history of skin cancer or pre-cancerous lesions

  • Use on unsuitable skin tones or medical conditions
  • Failure to achieve expected or advertised results

g. No Guaranteed Results

We do not guarantee:

  • Permanent hair removal
  • Specific timelines or results
  • Those results will match marketing materials or testimonials

Hair reduction outcomes vary significantly between individuals.

h. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vero36 from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • Improper use of the device
  • Failure to follow safety instructions
  • Misrepresentation of your eligibility to use the product
