Vero36 Shipping Policy

At Vero36, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and transparently. Please review the following shipping terms before placing your order.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • During high-demand periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may extend to 5 business days.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Vero36 may ship orders using trusted carriers including:

  • DHL Express

Carrier selection depends on destination, package size, and shipping speed selected at checkout.

Free Shipping

  • We offer Free Standard Shipping on qualifying orders over a minimum purchase amount displayed at checkout.
  • Shipping fees for orders below the free shipping threshold are calculated automatically during checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to you. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate before completing checkout.

If an order is returned due to:

  • an incorrect address,
  • incomplete address information,
  • or failure to collect the package,

The customer may be responsible for additional re-shipping fees.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Vero36 is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, weather disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

  1. Check around your property and with neighbours/building management.
  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly.
  3. Reach out to our support team for assistance.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number,
  • clear photos of the package,
  • and photos of the damaged item.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Shipping Protection

For high-value orders, Vero36 may include shipping insurance and signature confirmation to help protect against loss or theft during transit.
